If your DBS application was processed through OnlineDBS, please log in to your dashboard where you will be able to track your DBS application with the click of a button! If you have any queries on how to do this, please contact one of our helpful DBS advisors.
What to do if your application wasn’t processed through OnlineDBS?
If your DBS application wasn’t processed through OnlineDBS, you can still track your DBS application via the DBS online or over the phone.
To do this over the phone, please contact the DBS on 03000 200 190. Alternatively, if you have your DBS tracking number, you can track your DBS application online here: https://secure.crbonline.gov.uk/enquiry/enquirySearch.do
Please note, if you don’t have your tracking number, you can obtain this through your employer.
