OnlineDBS aims to provide a quality criminal records checking service (Disclosure and Barring Service – DBS) to organisations and individuals via our online portal. Our team works with the details you provide to ensure that accuracy is maintained to support speedy delivery of all applications.
If you are looking on behalf of a company or organisation for an umbrella body to process your employees’ DBS checks you can get started by completing the form below.
To apply for Standard, Enhanced or Basic DBS checks for your employees we will need to take a few company details from you in order to set your company up as a user on our system. Once all the required information is received, we will send you your unique login details for each member of staff who requires access to the system. You will then be an active user and will be able to process as many DBS applications as required by your organisation.
If you are not sure what level of DBS Check you need, call and speak with one of our DBS advisors who will be able to guide you through the process.
Individual applicants – please note that an individual is unable to apply for a Standard or Enhanced DBS check for themselves. It needs to be applied for them through an employer, contractor or organisation. Individuals are eligible to apply for a Basic DBS only and you can apply here. If you are an individual and you require a Standard or Enhanced DBS check please either contact your employer or contact us for more information.
